Refund policy
If there is any issue with the item you've received, please email jayneannejewelry@gmail.com within 15 days of receipt so we can evaluate and make it right.
Returns may be made for store credit only (credits issued upon return of the item.) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, box and wrapping included.
To start a return, you can contact us at jayneannejewelry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
